Application is now open for the P4G State-of-the-Art Awards 2022

Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 (P4G) is currently inviting nominations for the 2022 P4G State-of-the-Art Awards.

The global competition is open to partnerships in any country or combination of countries with the world’s most innovative partnerships that are delivering measurable and sustainable growth as well as climate action impact.

P4G’s State-of-the-Art Partnerships are premium examples of multi-stakeholder partnerships that have rapid growth and replicability potentials.

The P4G State-of-the-Art Awards aim to recognize the most innovative and successful multi-stakeholder partnerships in the world in these five Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) areas which are:

1. SDG 2 Food and Agriculture: BetterCycle converts organic waste into insect protein thus reducing waste and preserving wild fish populations in the ocean.

2. SDG 6 Clean Water and Sanitation: Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) and Kenya Innovative Finance Facility for Water (KIFFWA) Partnership provides early-stage capital and expertise to Kenyan entrepreneurs to develop viable water initiatives and attract private investors.

3. SDG 7 Affordable and Clean Energy: CFI2030 Jeju transforms the city of Jeju into a net-zero hub utilizing state-of-the-art technology including renewable energy, electric vehicles, smart grids, and microgrids.

4. SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities: Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) Sustainable Portfolio expands energy-efficient homes in Mexico by providing financial incentives and technical assistance to encourage developers to build sustainable homes.

5. SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production: Closing the Loop on Textile Waste in Kenya reduces waste by regenerating fabric waste into virgin-quality fiber for use in textile production.
